Our coffees are grown in the richest, most fertile soils in a strip along the Equator as far north as the Tropic of Cancer and as far south as the Tropic of Capricorn. Although coffees are affected by elevation, soil composition, rainfall, temperature, and humidity we have isolated traits that are common to coffees to each of the 7 regions. We never roast our coffee beans in large quantities but just prior to shipping, we will roast your coffee beans, package and ship your order all on the same day. You can't get freshness like this in any grocery store or even your local Bistro. For the freshest cup possible, we suggest buying whole bean coffee, but for your convenience, we can grind your freshly roasted coffee just prior to shipping.
