Why is this so important? If your source for organic coffee is not a legally certified handler, they are purchasing their beans pre-roasted and pre-packaged from another source, meaning they spent days maybe even weeks prepared before they were shipped out.

Espresso and More store is dedicated to bringing you the freshest organic coffee available online. Our organic beans are bought raw, then roasted and packaged on the day of your order just prior to shipping. As a matter of fact, the distance from where the raw beans are delivered, to where they are actually roasted, packaged and shipped is about 150 feet. Not from warehouse to warehouse via truck or snail mail.

How is that for fresh? It may take more time and money to obtain the certification but it's worth al the extra effort involved to insure our customers receive the freshest organic coffee at the best possible prices.
